RAW EGGS
1
Break all of your eggs and empty them together into the same container. Once they're all together, you'll be able to mix them. I do 4 cups per tray in my medium-sized trays.
pro tip:

Make sure the freezer you put your trays in to pre-freeze are level and that you have adequate free time. Oops,
TWO
pro-tips!
Level trays make
pre-freezing much easier!
PREFREEZE
3
Prefreeze your raw eggs at least 12 hours. You want them solid to avoid messes in the freeze dryer. Trust me.
What's next
4
When the eggs are frozen solid, put them in the freeze dryer. They'll take a little more than 42 hours (depending on a lot of factors). But prefrozen is definitely the best way to go.
Finished
5

6
You can powder them before packaging, or you can leave them in wafers.
